It's a reflection of light from near bright star in telescope mirror. You can find such artifacts near almost every bright star.

Dear Admin
I´m not confused about the reflection of the telescope. the artifact i´m wondering about is the blue funnel-like object,
can u find those near almost every bright star? Plz, show me one more then.
