what most people around been saying is that this is either a nebula or a cluster of stars, i for 1 dont believe that is either but perhaps it might be a star with its satellites orbiting around it.

No one for sure can tell you what this is, i myself found this a couple found this a couple of weeks ago and contacted a member of the university of arizona astronomy department and so far no response, so either the person havent read the email or it was read by them but a proper answer cant be given at this time.
