Help needed to generate more surveys

We need help to find best color combination for different surveys. We're using NASA's SkyView software with few modifications to generate tiles (http://skyview.gsfc.nasa.gov). It's standalone Java application that generates jpeg images based on bunch of parameters. The challenge is to find best combination of those parameters that will work for whole survey.
If you willing to help please respond, I'll provide instructions.
Here's few images I generated out of DSS2 survey:

Hi Jonnyb13,

Thank you very much for your offer to help. We're looking for person who are willing to spend some time on our surveys projects.
SkyView deals with multiple surveys. We used it to generate our IRAS and H-Alpha surveys. Now we're working on DSS-2 survey, but it's huge survey with multi-Terabytes data set and it will take some time to implement. Meanwhile we would like to play around with other (smaller) surveys available from SkyView. "To play" we mean to find best combination of bands and colors to make it nice looking. Take a look on SkyView pages (http://skyview.gsfc.nasa.gov) and let us know if you would be able to help us with it.

Thank you,
SKY-MAP Team

As a new member of this crew i've been appreciating that how impressive job has being achived within this project while roaming through main site.
Since i've been using starryNight 5 pro software adding image software's database had made me addicted to SDSS so far.

Hence , the SDSS DSO picture's quality has altered my mind i become wondering if i could participate this project in any way.

So i want to ask about what was the prospect from us inorder to help/participate. With my deficient information about SDSS i deemed that we might be involved in comparing images taken with SDSS and pasting them in right order/place to complete the big puzzle.
This is why i thought that i saw big gap through images. I'm not sure if i was right.

Please give us some further information as i'm willing to share my spare time in participating this great survey

With my best regards...
Emre Evren
